Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Waterloo, London
Type: Flexible, Mon to Fri 8am until 6pm (minimum 1 day a week)
Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 an hour (dependant on experience and qualification levels)

The successful candidate will support the delivery of an engaging EYFS curriculum, create a safe and nurturing environment, and build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. About the Nursery:
This Nursery is a high-quality, community-focused early years setting providing affordable childcare for children aged three months to five years. Based in a spacious, open-plan nursery in Waterloo, we offer an inclusive and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive. Serving families across Lambeth and Southwark, the nursery is rooted in strong community values and is supported by a wider Family and Children’s Centre, offering additional services and activities for children and families. They are committed to delivering high-quality early education that supports children’s development and wellbeing.

What we’re looking for:
* Minimum of Level 3 qualification related to Early Years (essential)
* Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred, not essential)
* Early Years’ experience (essential)
* A genuine love for working with children.
* Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience and a caring personality.
* Driver's license (preferred, not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting staff and children within local nurseries
* Participate in engaging activities and educational programs.
* Delight children with play and learning activities.
* Maintain a clean, organized environment.
* Follow health and safety protocols.
