We are currently looking for a Retail Support Administrator to join us on a full-time basis:
Supporting the day-to-day operational activity of the allocated Company Owned and Operated Stores, Store Managers, and Area Managers. Responsible for an allocated number of stores as well as some network-wide tasks. Work closely with and collaborate with the selected Area Managers and their teams, in addition to working collaboratively with wider Certas Energy UK functions. Drive business efficiencies and offer cost-effective, sustainable solutions. Ensure all of the Company Owned and Operated Retail stores are supported and compliant with Certas Energy processes and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide the required day-to-day support for all allocated stores, e.g., ordering, reconciliations, banking, and queries.
2. Look to enhance and improve all business processes used across the Company Owned and Operated network of retail stores by suggesting new ideas for process improvements.
3. Accountable for delivering and managing the daily, weekly, and monthly tasks required for the stores within your remit as set by the Team Leader Retail Support Team.
4. Provide an escalation route and support for Store Managers and their teams for any back-office processes or issues that require support.
5. Maintain category management for the assigned dry stock categories across the network.
6. Monitor the adherence of the allocated stores to company processes and policies. Escalate any non-compliance, work with Store Managers and their teams to develop understanding of the processes, and ensure feedback is given supportively. Offer coaching and guidance where required.
7. Support the allocated Area Managers and Store Managers with any recruitment paperwork or follow-up actions to ensure optimal labour models at all stores.
8. Attend the Area Manager’s quarterly team meetings, understand the Area’s KPIs, and support the delivery of site-specific and area-specific plans collaboratively with all team members.
