Description
Cleveland House is looking to recruit a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join the team. This is a bank role.
Cleveland House is located in Banks, Southport, in the west of Lancashire. It offers residential support for 32 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), progressive neurological condition (PNC), and associated physical health needs. We are situated on a residential housing estate.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team committed to our residents' wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Bank Care Assistant, you will play a key role in their recovery by assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual care plans, undertaking routine tasks to facilitate wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of residents.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, colleagues, and visitors, responding promptly and courteously to requests and inquiries.
* Help promote and maintain an environment that meets the needs of patients, relatives, and carers.
* Ensure service users receive quality care that is value for money.
* Convey information from telephone or personal inquiries courteously and ensure visitors are greeted and assisted warmly.
