Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Negotiator role based in our Brigg branch. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing client and professional relationships and negotiating property sales. Key tasks include consulting with clients, arranging and conducting viewings, preparing documentation for property transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers, and solicitors.
Qualifications
* Experience with Estate Agents processes and property transactions
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
* Proven ability in Sales, with a results-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in administrative tasks and maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
* A valid driver’s license and access to transportation (if required)
* GCSE or equivalent qualification; further relevant certifications are an additional asset
