GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive school in Immingham, where you will play a vital role in enhancing learning, leading lessons, and offering personalised support to pupils.
Responsibilities as HLTA:
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Leading whole-class sessions confidently when needed.
* Providing targeted support for individuals and small groups, including those with SEN.
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress, offering feedback to teaching staff.
* Working collaboratively with the school team to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements for the HLTA role:
* HLTA status or relevant experience supporting teaching and learning at a higher level is desirable.
* EYFS – KS2 experience required.
* ECTs welcome to apply.
* Strong behaviour management and lesson delivery skills.
* Ability to support a broad range of curriculum areas.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with all gaps explained.
