The Role
This is a fast‑paced and varied role focused on managing key customer accounts, ensuring orders are processed efficiently, and providing an excellent level of service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
* Advising customers on delivery schedules and managing expectations
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts
* Handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
* Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking information
About You
* Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks
* Proactive, reliable, and solution‑focused approach
