Sales Manager - Data Centres
Base Salary: £65-£75k
Plus bonus and benefits

The opportunity:
As a Sales Manager, this is your chance to own and build out the Data Centres sales unit for this telecom's equipment procurement specialist.
The distributor has already established themselves as a key partner to the Internet Service Providers in the UK and has major agreements in place with global network infrastructure product suppliers, putting them in an advantaged position to offer exclusive products at market-leading prices.
You'll be backed by Owners and founders who have excellent reputations in the ISP market and have built a brand name and reputation for dependable and reliable service, plus a back office team of BDMs, Customer Success, Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters who will help you achieve your goals.
This is a great opportunity to lead a business unit from the front and, in time, build your team how you see fit.
This role is for a hunter, whose passion is for sales and building sales strategies, going to market, and opening doors.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Data Centres sales unit.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies.
3. Build and manage a sales team.
4. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and clients.
5. Stay updated on data centre construction and equipment.
Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of data centre construction and required equipment.
2. Strong network in the data centre space.
3. Willingness to be in Brighton regularly.
4. Flexibility to work hybrid after establishing processes and strategies.
