We are seeking an exceptional, high-caliber Corporate Receptionist to join a boutique, entrepreneurial Asset Management firm based in the heart of London. This is front-of-house role supporting a sophisticated C-suite team and high-profile international guests.
The Standard: This role requires a candidate who embodies professional excellence. You must come from a high-end corporate environment (Private Equity, Investment Banking or Legal ). Only candidates with a proven track record in a polished, professional setting will be considered.
The Role
As the first point of contact, you will provide a seamless, five-star welcome and ensure the office operates at peak efficiency. Your duties will include:
Front of House: Managing the reception, greeting VIP guests, and announcing arrivals with poise and discretion.
Meeting Room Management: Coordinating three high-spec meeting rooms and call rooms, ensuring they are perfectly presented with necessary AV and refreshments.
Complex Diary Management: Supporting senior Partners with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Office Coordination: Managing kitchen supplies, ordering catering for lunches, and ensuring the kitchen/break area remains pristine throughout the day.
Administrative Support: Handling post, couriers, and supporting the wider team with ad-hoc projects and documentation.
The Requirements
Experience: 2+ years in a high-end corporate reception or concierge role.
Attitude: A "no task too small" mindset, you are equally comfortable managing a board-level diary as you are loading the dishwasher or checking snack stocks.
Presentation: Immaculate professional grooming and a refined communication style.
Technical Skills: Highly IT literate (MS Office/Teams/Zoom) with the ability to troubleshoot boardroom tech.
Proactivity: The ability to anticipate the needs of the Partners and guests before they ask.
