About The Role
As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This means taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
About You
You’ll have knowledge of National Standards, a background in person‑led care planning within a care home, and the brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great mentor, manage time effectively, keep meaningful records, and communicate with residents and colleagues kindly and considered.
