About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Significant senior finance leadership experience within manufacturing
* Strong technical accounting expertise including IFRS and UK GAAP
* Proven experience operating in complex, fast-moving businesses
* Background within private equity-backed, acquisitive or transformational environments would be advantageous
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at Board level
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a strong controls mindset
* Demonstrable experience improving reporting quality, controls and finance processes
