Ideal Experience & Passion Senior Sous Chef
Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef within quality-led restaurants
Passion for seasonal produce, fermentation, and open-fire cooking
Experience within high-volume, fresh-food operations
Strong leadership and people development skills
Calm and organised under pressure
Excellent standards of kitchen management, compliance, and food safety
Creative mindset with genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
