We are seeking a Day Security Team Leader to work with our Day Team.
You will lead a team of officers to deliver a high-profile, professional, and efficient security service across multiple sites, aligned with risk and threat levels.
Reporting to the Deputy Security Operations Manager, you will ensure the delivery of a high-quality, student-focused security service. You will support the development and maintenance of the University's security systems and procedures, facilitating teaching, learning, and management needs.
As a Security Team Leader, you will play a key role in the University’s Business Continuity and incident management processes, including creating and reviewing security policies, procedures, and risk assessments. You will also review work practices and assess training needs for your team.
You will manage staff and resources to meet service levels and performance targets, including providing 24/7 critical support, and work within financial parameters to ensure value for money.
