What will you be doing as a Team Leader?
As a Team Leader you will be working alongside 1 other Team Leaders to ensure that service runs smoothly from shift to shift and ensuring we provide an excellent standard of care to all residents within the service. You will be ensuring that Support Plans, Risk Assessments, MAR charts and other paperwork are completed and updated on a regular basis. You will also be working alongside Support Workers supporting with direct care visits when required as well as completing monitoring checks including medication competency, spot checks and carers assessments.

Located in Reading, Berkshire, Huntley Place has 73 apartments designed to help local residents aged 55 and over to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.
Residents benefit from easy access to nearby shops and restaurants but can also enjoy their social pursuits in a safe and secure environment, with on-site facilities including a communal lounge, dining room, laundry, guest facilities, garden, activities room and hairdressing salon.
Requirements
1. Have the Right To Work in the UK - We will request evidence of your immigration status as part of our recruitment process & we are also unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
2. Be willing to take part in an on-call rota
3. You would of worked in the health and social care sector for a minimum of 1 year
4. Currently hold or working towards a NVQ Level 3
5. Most importantly we are looking for somebody that has the right values and have a genuine desire to make sure our clients get the best possible support
The role would be hours per week and would include morning & evening shifts as well as alternate weekends.
