As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a trusted strategic advisor, delivering clear insights and high-impact financial reporting that drives better decisions
* Leading on reviews, bringing direction, challenge and clarity to keep plans on track and goals moving forward
* Taking ownership of delivery, ensuring all work is accurate, timely and consistently delivered to an exceptional standard
* Defining scope, timelines and commercial expectations upfront, managing changes proactively and keeping everything running smoothly
* Overseeing team capacity and workflow, ensuring a balanced, high-performing environment and consistently strong deliver
You will have the following skills and experience:
* Qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
* Demonstrated experience leading, developing and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at a senior level
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines, priorities and client deliverables
* Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and add value beyond core reporting
* Experience managing team capacity, delegating effectively and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
