Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities
To assist with the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the Business and Enterprise apprenticeship curriculum. To provide high-quality, flexible teaching, learning, advice and assessment to students on Work Based Learning programmes either on college sites or at employer workplaces across Merseyside or Cheshire.
Skills and Qualifications
* Recent and relevant industry/occupational work or training experience
* Direct delivery of underpinning knowledge
* Experience of delivering training
* Level 2 or above in English and Maths or equivalent
* Hold a professional or vocational qualification at minimum Level 3 in a relevant subject
* Hold or be prepared to work towards a teaching or training qualification, e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training or PTLLS (within the first 6 months)
