We're now looking for a Head of Organic Growth to lead the next stage of that journey.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for someone obsessed with content, storytelling, psychology, community and growth.
Someone who understands how attention works online and knows how to turn content into customers.
You will be responsible for building and executing Nesti's organic growth strategy across all channels.
Your mission is simple:
Generate as much profitable organic revenue as possible.
You will oversee our content ecosystem, creator relationships, social channels, community engagement and growth initiatives.
You will work directly with the founders and have significant autonomy to test ideas, launch campaigns and shape the future direction of the brand.
Nesti is not a corporate business.
We move fast, make decisions quickly and expect a high level of ownership from everyone on the team.
This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where ideas are tested rapidly, standards are high and no two weeks look the same.
You'll be working directly alongside the founders and will have the opportunity to influence major decisions across the business.
We care far more about outcomes than hours, but with that comes responsibility, accountability and a willingness to move at pace.
