We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator to join a leading organisation based in the heart of Warrington. This role is responsible for providing the highest possible level of customer satisfaction!
Role responsibilities:
1. Creating sales orders in a timely manner
2. Scheduling deliveries to be cost effective, efficient and to match customers’ requirements
3. Raising and sending invoices
4. Develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
5. Updating and maintaining the CRM
6. Creating and sending quotes to customers
7. Providing detail on availability of parts and products
8. Calculating the margin raised on each sale
9. Collaborating effectively with the rest of team and other departments
10. Taking an active part in internal and customer meetings
11. Maintaining strong and effective stock control procedures
Experience required:
12. Proven experience working within Customer Services & Sales Support
13. Proven problem-solving skills
14. Ability to communicate effectively internally & externally
15. Proficient with Microsoft packages – including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
