Overview
At Zaha Hadid Architects, we are seeking a Programme Assistant to join our London team on a permanent contract. The role coordinates and organizes internal and external events including building tours, networking events, internal team events, gallery events, and external engagements for ZHA staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Senior Programme Coordinator with company‑wide programme planning.
* Support internal communications, compiling newsletters and updating the office‑wide landing page.
* Help coordinate regular industry events, including participation in New London Architecture, London Festival of Architecture, and Clerkenwell Design Week.
* Manage logistics for events: venue research, vendor coordination, catering arrangements, and equipment setup.
* Coordinate and host internal and office‑wide events, including organising staff attendance at award ceremonies.
* Manage invitation lists, RSVPs, and supplier lists.
* Contribute to the coordination of CSR initiatives and opportunities.
* Assist with budget tracking and processing event invoices.
Required Skills
* Previous experience in events coordination.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of the architecture industry, and contemporary culture within art, design and architecture.
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
