We're looking for deputy manager's with children's residential experience, ideally people who have cared for young people (8-18yrs old) with LD and SEMH needs. The home is a wonderful secluded and secure manor house with four bedrooms, a large fenced garden with tennis courts and plenty of space. Due to it's remoteness, we're looking for deputy manager's who can drive and who can build a team of reliable, experienced coaches to provide the best care possible for the young people at SuperCare.
