Description
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Brighton
Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and landlords
Handle queries and issues promptly and professionally
Negotiate contracts and oversee property leases
Coordinate with maintenance team to resolve any property-related issues
Prepare detailed reports on the status of each property

A successful Property Manager should have:
