Pay: £14.25 per hour, £92.63 per day (full‑time), term‑time only, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm.

About the role
As a Behaviour Support Worker you will work closely with Key Stage 3 and 4 students who may present behavioural challenges or require additional support. Your focus will be on building trust, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students stay engaged in their education.
Key responsibilities
* Build strong, consistent relationships with students
* Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotions
