Commercial Property Fee Earner (3-5 Years PQE)
My region leading client are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law and will be responsible for managing a case-load of commercial property transactions. You will be required to handle client matters independently, demonstrate strong legal expertise, and contribute to the development and growth of the team. The role shall entail with dealing with all aspects of commercial property law including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work for significant investors and tenants alike. My client prides themselves on delivering a quality service to their clients, so you’ll need excellent management, communication and organisational skills, proficiency in IT, and have a polite and professional manner. You’ll enjoy networking, they gain lots of referrals and repeat business from our clients, experience in development work would also be useful.

Attributes and Dispositions Sought:-
Representing a wide range of private and public sector clients on all aspects of commercial property law including advising on the full range of transactional issues that may arise.
Personal Attributes:-
– 5 years PQE
– Strong technical, drafting and client management skills.
– Strong communication skills, able to understand the client’s objectives and explain options in an accessible manner.
– Personable and confident networker with good commercial awareness.
– Highly organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment ensuring that challenging deadlines are met
