We are looking for an ambitious and relationship‑driven Development Manager to help deliver our £1.5m fundraising target and support the future of one of London's leading producing theatres.
This is a dynamic role at the heart of the organisation, building relationships with supporters, Patrons and high‑net‑worth individuals, while delivering inspiring fundraising events and donor experiences.
We are seeking someone with fundraising experience in the arts or charity sector, excellent people skills, creativity, warmth and a passion for ambitious theatre and new writing.

Job Requirements
* Experience of working in a fundraising team and with personal targets
* Proactive can‑do attitude, high energy and the desire to work within a team and make a difference
* Approachable demeanour and ability to communicate and advocate the work of the theatre
* Experience of using a CRM system and research tools for data mining and to support prospecting
* Polished written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent administrative, IT and Excel budget management skills
* Ability to manage own workload
* Highly accurate, well‑organised and with consistent time management skills
* Tactful, diplomatic and able to maintain confidentiality for sensitive information
* Willing and available for evening events
* Experience of first‑line budget and expenditure management
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of individual donors
* Deliver and develop membership and giving schemes
* Support fundraising campaigns and appeals
* Plan and deliver supporter events and cultivation activity
* Maintain accurate donor records and reporting
* Assist with stewardship communications and impact reporting
* Work with colleagues across the organisation to maximise fundraising opportunities
