Job Description The Opportunity Our fantastic rapidly growing client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their Accounts Payable team at their Head Office on the outskirts of Southall. Hybrid working - Monday - Friday - 37 hours - Nice offices & car park on site! Job Responsibilities Process 150 invoices per week Ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time. Authorise all invoices in accordance with minimum control guidelines. Code and post all invoices correctly and promptly, prioritising month-end close processing. Upload and maintain Web Expenses Reconcile supplier statements quarterly. Perform PO invoice 3-way matching.
