Caring for Communities and People Are you looking for flexible work during the winter months, as a Night Shelter (SWEP) Bank Support Worker in Worcestershire?
Are you passionate about supporting rough sleepers, people street living with varying levels of support needs, and histories of entrenched or repeated homelessness throughout the winter months?
Each winter CCP is involved with co-ordinating and supporting emergency accommodation across Worcestershire, to enable rough sleepers to come in out of the freezing temperatures in line with the Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP).
We are looking for people to join the team working night shifts to aid rough sleeper support work in various locations across Worcestershire. Support is needed in Worcester City, Redditch and Evesham, and can be extended to other towns.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient and professional, with a calm and caring approach.
