Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate technical aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and company standards.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
* Review and approve technical drawings and documentation.
* Ensure that all materials, resources, and design elements are aligned with project requirements and budget.
* Assist in managing the procurement of technical services and products.
* Oversee quality control to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong technical background in construction, ideally with experience in large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and health and safety procedures.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with internal teams and external partners.
* A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
* Experience using technical management software and tools.
