Our leading Property client is recruiting for a new Senior Block Property Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Working as part of a highly successful team and a wider business support network, you will play a key role in making sure clients are happy and receive value for money. You will be working on some of the capital's prime buildings offering exposure to new technology, exciting projects and A-list clients.

Duties
* Oversee a small, high-end portfolio.
* Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations.
* Deal with client enquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions.
* Attend client meetings and regular site visits.
* Oversee contractors’ performance and any maintenance issues.
* Prepare and monitor budgets.
* Oversee building compliance management.
* Oversee Section 20 processes.
* Support Junior team members with development and practice.
* Coordinate operations and back office teams to keep buildings in top form.
* Work with internal departments to keep buildings clean, safe and pleasant for residents.
Experience Required
* TPI qualification and demonstrable post‑qualification experience.
* Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation.
* Well‑developed interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Interpersonal skills and customer focus.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Good literacy and numerical skills.
* Diplomacy.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
* Team player.
