Be the point of contact for individuals and large groups booking spa services, providing great customer experience at all times Be familiar with all products and services of the spa ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information always Ensure health and safety in the Spa by following processes and procedures Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a friendly and proactive team player who brings: At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems A flexible attitude to working weekends, Evenings and bank holidays as part of a rota Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification desirable Why Choose Haulfryn?
