Position: Teaching Assistant
Location: M3, Manchester
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
Salary: £14.25 to £16.65 PER HOUR
Reeson Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming two-form entry primary school in the M3 area of Manchester. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting Year 1 and Year 2 pupils who require additional learning support, including those with special educational needs and lower ability levels.

Provide one-to-one and small group support as a teaching assistant for children struggling to access learning.
Assist pupils with special educational needs, adapting activities to suit their abilities.
Work closely with teachers and SENDCOs to implement individual learning strategies.
Help create a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment.
Support children in building confidence, independence, and key learning skills.Requirements for the Teaching Assistant:
Experience supporting KS1 pupils or working with SEN children as a teaching assistant.
A passion for helping young learners overcome challenges and achieve progress.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
