Your Training Plan
Yorkshire Training Partnership Limited - 24 months Information Manager Equal to Level 4 (Higher national certificate)
* 24 months duration, including End Point Assessment.
* Blended approach to learning (visiting site, Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings every month to provide thorough teaching and learning, set assignments and to provide support)
* Monthly progress reviews to discuss expected progress vrs actual progress/interventions/additional support
* Regular progress reviews to discuss expected progress/interventions/additional support
What you’ll be doing
* Take responsibility for supporting the development, management, and coordination of the Common Data Environment (CDE) on assigned projects.
* Act as a key point of contact for the project team regarding Information Management (IM) queries, ensuring any issues are identified, escalated where necessary, and managed through to resolution.
* Support the implementation and delivery of Dalkia’s ISO 19650-compliant processes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist in the effective use and ongoing management of Dalkia’s CDE and associated processes.
* Maintain accurate and detailed project records, and produce comprehensive reports in a variety of formats as required.
* Support reporting on project progress against programme milestones, key deliverables, and KPIs.
* Contribute to ISO 19650 process audits by managing relevant information and providing accurate examples and documentation.
* Assist in capturing lessons learned from projects and contribute to the sharing of knowledge and continuous improvement across teams.
