This reputable engineering and technology company covers multiple business sectors. Their Laundry division are dedicated to providing machinery, installation and support service to industrial laundry customers.
Due to significant expansion over 12 months, the employer is looking for a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will generate sales and opportunities for the following areas;
1. Innovative range of machinery, logistics and laundry process systems.
2. M&E division, providing technical services and infrastructure projects to the laundry industry.
3. UK wide laundry support and spare parts division, supporting their own and other brands.
Industrial laundry is essential to the NHS, Food and Pharmaceutical companies, large national and multi-national groups. The companies offering includes AI and Robotics, Automation, Sustainability solutions and critical support to businesses.
Key requirements of the successful Business Development Manager will;
4. Develop customer relationships, selling the value of the companies broad range of services.
5. Develop a plan for raising the profile of the business within major groups.
6. Be motivated and tenacious enough to prospect new customers and opportunities.
7. Use sales techniques to develop strategies and counter objections to secure revenue and meet profitability targets.
8. Be located between the M6 and M4 Corridor, South East or Home Counties.
9. Have a full UK driving license
