An exciting position for an Assistant Manager has arisen at Next Door, this is perfect for an individual with a passion for food and high quality service. We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience within a restaurant with 'AA rosettes' or recognised by the 'MICHELIN' or 'The Good Food Guide' is preferred but not essential.
This position is perfect for a candidate with lots of management experience looking for a new challenge or a candidate looking move up within their career who comes equipped with the right attitude. There are many opportunities to develop skills and qualifications in this role.

You will be supporting the restaurant director with main responsibilities including: team development, customer relations, knowledge of the restaurant and its products, logistical developments and general day to day running's of the restaurant.
Experience
* Experience in a similar venue is preferred with supervisory/management experience of 2+ years
* WSET Level 2 or above is a bonus
* Seasonal Food knowledge is also preferred
