We're growing fast, and we're looking for a driven, experienced Property Manager who's ready to take ownership of their portfolio, deliver exceptional service, and thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You'll be:
* Taking the lead on your own portfolio of residential blocks.
* Building strong relationships with leaseholders, directors, and residents.
* Carrying out regular site inspections and attending AGMs.
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and major works with trusted contractors.
* Managing service charge budgets and financial reporting.
* Keeping everything compliant with legislation and health & safety standards.
* Problem-solving, negotiating, and making sure residents feel heard.
What We're Looking For
You're a people person with a professional edge — confident, organised, and always ready to take initiative.
Experienced in block or estate management
Strong understanding of landlord & tenant legislation
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload
Full UK driving licence + own car
IRPM qualification (or working towards it) is a bonus — and we'll support you if you want to gain it.
