We are recruiting an Operations Manager to join an impressive company that designs, supplies, installs and maintains a comprehensive range of integrated technology systems to help make the world a safer place. From CCTV to Lighting, Entertainment to Access Control, Alarms to AV, they cater for and tailor our services for both domestic and commercial clients.
What you will do:
Engineering/Project Management
1. Manage the Contract Managers to ensure that, where possible, all installation & commissioning dates are met/Additionally
2. Ensure that the department runs smoothly to make sure that customer needs and issues are dealt with promptly.
3. Seek opportunities to generate new business sales from new or existing customers and seek to cross-sell.
4. Seek to build customer relations to positively position the business to retain them and ensure their annual renewal for maintenance.
