Member of the Heart of Mercia Multi-Academy Trust. King Edward VI College, Stourbridge is a specialist A level sixth form college. We provide a rigorous academic curriculum alongside a strong programme of wider enrichment that supports students to develop independence, confidence and ambition. Role
We require a part-time (30 hours per week) Assistant Exam Access Arrangements Coordinator and Safeguarding Administrator. This is a fixed term role until March 2027 with the potential the role may become permanent.
Responsibilities
* Support students in accessing the exam arrangements they need by coordinating evidence, organising assessments and ensuring clear, accurate communication across the college.
* Work closely with the learning support and safeguarding teams to maintain efficient processes, high-quality record-keeping and consistent, informed decision-making.
* Contribute to creating a well-organised, supportive environment where students can fully engage and achieve.
Terms and Salary
This is a fixed term, part-time (30 hours per week), term-time-only post, subject to the conditions of service handbook of the Sixth Form Colleges Association. Salary will be paid on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff pay scale 12-14 which is £20,254.11 - £21,474.40 per annum, for term-time only based on 30 hours per week.
