We’re looking for a dedicated MIS Officer to join our Trust and play a vital role in maintaining high-quality learner data across our Management Information Systems (MIS). In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our apprenticeship provision by ensuring our data meets the requirements of the ESFA, Ofsted, and internal stakeholders. From updating learner records and producing key reports to managing ILR submissions and maintaining audit readiness, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a real impact. This is a dynamic role that combines technical know-how with strong communication skills where you will provide first-line support and training for our business systems, including e-portfolios and learner tracking tools, helping staff get the most from our digital platforms. You will also work closely with curriculum and quality teams to promote data integrity, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
