What You’ll Be Doing: Providing essential administrative support to the After Sales team, helping them stay responsive to valued customers Processing orders and updating records accurately in line with our processes Collaborating across departments and with external Service Partners to ensure seamless service Managing and resolving customer returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions Ensuring accurate documentation and prompt follow-ups for any missing information Playing a vital role in maintaining service continuity across the business Carrying out additional tasks as required by your line manager What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in administrative roles with a track record of accurate record-keeping and order processing Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when handling customer complaints A strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated mindset Empathy, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed under pressure Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM platforms (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
