YOUR ROLE As a Stock Controller at KuehneNagel, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory accuracy, optimising stock levels, and ensuring seamless operations within our logistics network. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Analyse stock levels, and sales patterns to optimise inventory levels and minimise excess or obsolete stock Conduct regular stock counts, audits Maintain documentation of stock movements and inventory levels Collaborate closely with warehouse teams, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure seamless stock operations Identify opportunities for process improvement's Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and internal policies Attend meetings and team briefs YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Experience in stock control or warehouse operations, preferably in the logistics operations industry Ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to work well under pressure Understanding of KPI's GOOD REASON TO JOIN 26 days holidays plus bank holidays 2 volunteering days per year 3 x Life Assurance Option if you join the KN Route2 pension scheme A tailored personal development and training programme.
