About the Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team across all phases of construction projects. You will assist in cost control, subcontractor management, procurement, and reporting ensuring all commercial aspects of the project are managed efficiently and accurately.

They specialise in managing and building projects from concept through to completion, including new-builds, fit-outs, expansions, renovations, and reconfigurations, they mainly serve primarily industrial and logistics, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, data centres and ports, with projects also in commercial spaces, retail, hotels and schools?
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including photographs and documentation.
2. Liaise with the site management team to complete labour allocation sheets.
3. Participate in and lead relevant meetings including design team reviews, progress updates, and coordination meetings.
