We reserve the right to close this advert early in the event of a high volume of applications Kingston And Richmond NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint a Trust doctor in urology (ST3 equivalent) on a fix term bases. The Registrars are responsible for managing the care of patients in an inpatient, outpatient, emergency and theatre setting and for the ongoing management of patients admitted under their team. Clinical 1. Participate in delivery of out-patient, diagnostic and inpatient services as directed by the Urology team 2. Participate in 1:5 on call rota at Registrar level. 3. The Junior Doctor accepts that he or she will perform duties in occasional unforeseen circumstances at the request of the appropriate Consultant in consultation where practicable with his/her colleagues both senior and junior. Commitments arising in such circumstances are, however, exceptional and Junior Doctors are not required to undertake work of this kind for prolonged periods or on a regular basis. 4. The Trust will undertake hours monitoring exercises as a minimum of twice a year. From 1st December 2000 there is a contractual obligation on employers to monitor junior doctors’ New Deal compliance and on junior doctors to co-operate with monitoring arrangements. All rotas are compliant with EWTD. 5. Participate in/lead ward rounds 6. Undertake other clinical duties as directed by consultant e.g MDTs 7.
