You’ll play a key role in supporting participants to achieve meaningful employment, while ensuring health and safety compliance within workplace settings. This role is focused on building new and developing existing employer engagement relationships to create job opportunities and work placements across Swansea and Neath. Responsibilities: Source and secure sustainable employment opportunities and high-quality work placements Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers Conduct timely and accurate employer health & safety vetting Ensure workplace appraisals and risk assessments comply with legal and organisational standards Collect and manage job-start evidence in line with contract requirements Match participants to suitable roles and provide tailored in-work support Stay informed on local labour market trends to guide effective delivery Complete all administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance Promote the organisation at marketing and sales events to build visibility and partnershipsRequirements: Proven experience supporting unemployed adults and young people into employment, training, or work placements Skilled at sourcing sustainable job opportunities and creating new business partnerships Strong customer service background, with a track record of building and maintaining positive employer relationships Willing to undertake a DBS check (company-funded) Salary: £24,700 to £26,700 plsu excellent benefits including 30 days of annual leave plus bank holiday (rise with length of service), a health care scheme, a 35-hour work week, discounts for retail and gym membership, a profit-sharing scheme, life insurance and much more This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking for a role that will allow them to support others and work closely with those who are looking to develop their careers further.
