We are recruiting on behalf of a fast:paced and growing hospitality business for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead and develop a small, high:performing team across multiple sites. This is a hands:on leadership role combining both proactive and reactive sales activity. The Role
* Lead and manage a small sales team across multiple hospitality venues
* Drive both proactive business development and reactive sales enquiries
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and events clients
* Oversee event enquiries, bookings, and revenue growth initiatives
* Remain actively involved in day:to:day sales activity

* Proven background in sales or events within the hospitality industry
* Strong target:driven approach with a track record of delivering results
* Previous experience managing teamsHighly presentable, personable, and confident in client:facing environments
