You’ll enjoy a varied role where your expertise, judgement and experience are relied upon, and where no two days are the same. As a competent contract manager with strong people and technology skills, you will have extensive experience of dealing with compliance related issues. You will bring experience in compliance or building maintenance environment, have excellent communication skills, and strong technical proficiency, alongside the ability to translate complex information clearly for a wide range of audiences. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Behaviours across all areas of compliance. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, combining office and home working, with at least one agreed set office day following successful completion of the probationary period. You will also need a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. The successful candidate will be required to apply for a DBS.
