A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised, positive Payroll & Commission Apprentice to join our fast-paced inhouse payroll team. You'll gain valuable skills/experience in a wide range of global payroll administration duties, whilst also studying for a recognised level 3 qualification.

The role is based in our Newcastle office, close to Central Station. Once fully trained, this person is permitted to work from home on a hybrid basis, on agreed days to suit the team. Both Internal and external training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate develops all-round knowledge and becomes an experienced global administrator across all UK, US, EU and APAC regions.
Job Summary...
This person will support both our current payroll and commission administrators, processing internal payroll and commission/bonus. This involves processing key calculations, collating data requests and responding to queries/resolving issues raised in a timely professional manner. They will also assist end to end processing of our internal global payrolls, ensuring accuracy/efficiency.
Duties/What you'll be doing?
* Processing commission/bonus data and calculations, adhering to the set KPI's.
* Assisting with the processing of payroll, employee and timesheet data.
* Assisting the team with the tracking of bank transactions.
* Respond/resolving queries in line with the set SLA's.
* Assisting the wider team with ad hoc tasks.
* Using excel and issuing basic calculation breakdowns.
* Working with data reports.
* Supporting on projects.
* Undertaking a Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship.

They will be able to follow processes without deviation, appreciating the importance of each step and its impact. They will work well towards deadlines and be adaptable within a fast paced environment. A team player who happy to help other individuals and work well independently.
Previous Experience?
* Payroll skills not
required to be considered, but familiarity with Microsoft Excel is helpful.
* Graduates/non grads may apply, as long as you don't have a similar Payroll qualification.

Salary:
£26,500.00 per annum
