Sales Account Manager Clothing Retail Brands £40,000 Bradford - free parking on site - easy transport links The client is looking for either textiles,retail Key account management or pacakaging experience. This role is a dual role and requires travelling to Birmingham once each week managing a key client account. You will be based at the client head offcie close to Skipton with one day working from home. 80% of the role is account management of a key account and 20% will eventually be New Business Lead Generation to secure larger accounts. Bonus is offered and £400 a month car allowance. My client is an innovative and cost-effective clothing Manufacturing company that has acquired large-scale UK & International production contracts across multiple industries. Managing key customer accounts for bespoke manufactured products and delivery. As the Customer Account Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all client orders, managing production lead times, purchase orders, arranging deliveries for customers with couriers, liaising with suppliers and ensuring internal sales database systems are updated accurately. Weekly, monthly reporting on individual customer sales, stock reports and account analysis to understand your customers needs and maximise the sales on the accounts whilst maintaining a high level of customer account management. The Customer Account Manager role is a varied role which supports the customer service, sales and manufacturing teams and would suit candidates looking for a career that involves a very busy and demanding role. Someone who loves being integral to a manufacturing team is essential. Account Manager Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ø Identify new sales opportunities with analysis of existing accounts and suggesting improvements – new products. Ø Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ø Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Ø Manage materials with suppliers for efficiency within production. Ø Manage errors on orders and resolution for customers. Ø Manage customers weekly order capabilities and introduce efficiencies and improvements for customers. With have experience identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients, attending industry functions, events, conferences and be expected to present feedback on new trends and markets competitors. Proven experience in a customer account management role within a textiles manufacturing environment is preferred. Or a Textiles interest with strong account management background. Ø Familiarity with a CRM software Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ø Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ø Ability to work independently and meet production targets for customers.
