Service Manager - Preston Automotive Business. We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run automotive business that prides itself on its reputation, customer service and supportive working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aftersales leader ready to step up, or an aftersales professional looking for a role with real responsibility and an outstanding work-life balance.
Responsibilities
* As Service Manager, oversee the day-to-day running of the service operation, acting as the key link between customers, the workshop and the administration team.
* Work closely with the business owners to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensure workshop efficiency and help drive the business forward.
* Collaborate within a close-knit team, including service administration and workshop technicians.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
* Previous experience within an automotive service department.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* A proactive approach and willingness to get involved where needed.
* Experience managing workshop operations or service teams would be advantageous.
* Someone who enjoys working within a family business environment where relationships and reputation matter.
What’s on Offer
* £38,000 - £40,000 basic salary.
