Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for vibration analysis routes and data analysis.
2. Complete root cause analysis to support failures on site.
3. Identify and drive reliability-based improvements.
4. Collaborate with clients to implement enhanced reliability, measured by downtime and MTBF.
5. Complete designated tasks efficiently, effectively, and to a high standard of workmanship.
6. Consider all implications when carrying out tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiencies.
7. Provide and implement ideas to improve manufacturing, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
8. Work safely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
9. Work closely with your Line Manager to ensure smooth execution of reliability tasks and support shutdown activities.
10. Identify areas to improve plant efficiency through knowledge and analysis.
11. Communicate and support change activities.
Hours of Work:
07:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
1-hour lunch break
Total: 40 hours
About You:
* CAT 1 trained, proficient in CBM monitoring tools, with understanding of the manufacturing industry (preferably food).
* Managing safely and intermediate food hygiene.
* Practical engineering experience including legislation.
* Up to City & Guilds Part 3 in relevant discipline.
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in relevant discipline.
* Broad knowledge of modern maintenance techniques.
* Wide-ranging knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
