We have a fantastic opportunity for a Stock & Systems Administrator to join Paragon's Sheffield site.
As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate stock inventory system to ensure customers' orders are delivered on time and in full and the goals and objectives of the business are met.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Your main duties would include:
* Maintain an accurate up to date stock inventory system.
* Monitor and action stock management email queries and respond in a timely manner
* Investigate non-conformances and any stock discrepancies and report through the correct channels
* Assist with preparing, performing and inputting of stock checks
* Generate daily pick sheets and bulk despatch labels
* Assist the Warehouse with bulk despatching as required
* Assist in organising re-working of stock ensuring costs are recovered from clients where stock has been delivered incorrectly
* Assist in the onboarding of new clients into the warehouse, ensuring a smooth implementation of stock into the warehouse
* Assist in managing stock picking bins to improve stock and picking efficiency
* Manage stock held in remote store and organise transfers between sites
* Ensurecross-teamm communication to raise issues, improve processes and obtain or offer support
Skills and Attributes we are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Positive attitude with the ability to work on your own as well as within a team
* Previous experience working in an administrative or customer service capacity
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Demonstrated commitment and enthusiasm
* Strong attention to detail
* Problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* A good understanding of the warehouse environment would be desirable
* Competent and experienced in using Microsoft packages, including basic Excel
