Job Purpose Roam are looking to add a new member to its growing finance team of six staff, based out of the Roam HQ in Crawley, West Sussex. Reporting into the Accounts Administrator, this is an ideal role for someone who can hit the ground running, with a keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who truly wants to make a difference in a fast growing business. Duties And Responsibilities Accounts payable - matching POs to supplier invoices and processing payments, supporting with collating and reconciling expenses and credit card transactions Analysis – providing site performance information to key stakeholders in the business, and other ad hoc reporting as may be required Assist with audits internal/external as applicable Supporting other departments with PO Management Helping complete on OZEV claims and government grants (training will be provided) and CIS claims Skills And Experience A previous background in a similar role is essential Strong IT skill and proficiency with MS Office Applications; particularly Excel Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills Willingness to be flexible and develop within the role as the business grows Experience of using NetSuite is preferable, but not essential Working conditions Hours of work are 8:30 – 17:00 Monday – Friday This role is principally office based with some hybrid working available Diversity matters!
