Service Care Solutions are working on behalf of a leading housing provider in Warwickshire to recruit a dedicated Scheme Manager on a permanent basis. Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of housing schemes, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
* Provide support and guidance to residents, addressing queries and assisting with tenancy-related issues.
* Monitor health and safety standards, carrying out regular checks and reporting any concerns.
* Work closely with colleagues, contractors, and external stakeholders to deliver effective services.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a housing, support, or scheme management role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
* Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
* A proactive and approachable attitude.
